Physiotherapist Nick Wilson

Nick Wilson

Physiotherapist

Nick graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours Class I). He is passionate about exercise (particularly football and cricket!) and is committed in motivating and helping you be the best you. Nick has been fortunate enough to travel overseas with sport; playing and visiting the UK and New Zealand with football, and South Africa and Sri Lanka with cricket. He has provided physiotherapy for a variety of sporting events, including: Cycling, hockey, various Brisbane football clubs and the Barcelona Academy.

In his downtime, Nick enjoys spending time in the outdoors, going hiking.

Andrew Davidson

Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist

Andrew graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement Studies) from Queensland University of Technology in 2011. He currently works as a physiotherapist AND exercise physiologist! Andrew has worked in many settings, including: Private practice, various gym environments, occupational health and aged care. He is motivated to help people achieve their goals, whether that is rehabilitating and recovering from injury or improving their overall health and fitness. Andrew believes that exercise is medicine and has had extensive experience in programming for many conditions.

In his spare time, you will find him training the gym, up a mountain, at the beach or catching up with family and friends.

Kim Croft

Physiotherapist

Kim is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Following this, she spent her time developing her career – working in private practice, as well as community musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. This gave her plenty of experience working with people from various walks of life, and helping them with managing and treating their pain or injuries. She is passionate about getting to know you and working with you to achieve your goals through various treatments and exercises that suit your lifestyle. 

In her spare time, she loves staying active with gym, bouldering and rock climbing. She also loves spending time with her friends and family, and trying out new places to eat.

Physiotherapist Antoine Desrosiers

Antoine Desrosiers

Physiotherapist

Antoine is passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle and recover from their injuries. Originally from Canada, ice hockey and soccer were his main sports growing up. Hockey introduced him to exercise, conditioning and many physiotherapy sessions – and ultimately becoming a physio!

After graduating from McGill University in Montreal with a Bachelor of Science (Physiology/Kinesiology), Antoine was a personal trainer for several years in Brisbane. He then graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy. He has vast experience in private practice, Pilates, occupational health and sports trainer for hockey teams and the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. 

He recently returned to Brisbane after a few years in Leeds, UK. When arriving in Brisbane, Antoine embraced the cycling and coffee culture. He’s also continued training in the gym and playing ice hockey. Antoine started CrossFit in the UK, which he is still doing in Brisbane. Otherwise, he loves spending time with his family and especially taking his little boys to fun activities like baby swimming or gymnastics.

Antoine is eager to share what he’s learned over the years and can help you be the healthiest you can be!

Sam Johnman

Physiotherapist

Sam is an experienced physiotherapist, having graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He is passionate about exercise, particularly resistance training and Aussie Rules Football. He is committed to providing you with realistic solutions and achievable outcomes for you to address the source of your pain and keep you feeling healthy. Sam has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of sporting clubs in different sports, including: Brisbane Lions Academy, Brisbane Bandits Baseball Academy and Logan Lightning Football Club. He is highly skilled in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of neurological disorders.

Nicholas Bennett

Physiotherapist

Nick graduated from Otago University in 2015 and has developed a widespread skillset across most areas of physiotherapy. Nick enjoys thinking differently and attempting to make complicated things simple.

He once played every sport he could gets his hands on, but has now settled down to watching soccer and the NFL. He also plays canoe polo, a little basketball and whatever he can fit in!

Nick is currently studying for his doctorate in physical therapy and has enjoyed working across various areas; including sporting injuries, chronic pain, work injuries, car accidents, and vestibular and balance issues. He has a special interest in concussion and neurodynamics (the movement of the nervous system).

Nick loves a yarn about almost anything!

Physiotherapist Peter Coull

Physiotherapist

Peter learned to appreciate the power the human body has to recover, its ability to come back stronger following his own sporting injuries. This firsthand experience set him on a path to help empower others to gain control of their health problems and injuries in order to do the things they love and lead a fulfilling life.

Peter graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy,  following his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wollongong. During this time, he had the pleasure of working with a variety of Aussie Rules, rugby union and soccer teams in and around Sydney.

Peter’s strong passion for cycling has seen him previously work within the fitness industry, providing workouts and training plans for road cyclists across a range of abilities. His passion for cycling has crossed over to physiotherapy and he has a keen interest in treating and setting up cyclists and their bikes to get the best out of their riding.

If Peter is not riding during his time off, he’ll be spending time with his lovely family and friends.

Remedial Massage Therapist​ Fiona Burt

As an indigenous New Zealander; Fiona’s passion for health, fitness & natural healing comes from her ancestral heritage. Graduating with a Diploma in Remedial Massage, she has attained additional qualifications from massage to natural and energy healing with a deep understanding of mental health. 

With over 20 years experience, Fiona has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top elite sports teams and athletes. She specialises in chronic & acute TMJ issues, under the guidance of an oral health and myofunctional specialist. 

Fiona has a solid base of knowledge and techniques that she incorporates into her treatments. This has strengthened her approach to treating the body as a whole, not only from a physical point of view. Our mental, emotional and spiritual aspects within our physical bodies are intrinsically linked and one can not be treated without affecting the other. 

Fiona’s knowledge in exercise prescription health & rehabilitation, trigger point treatment, deep tissue, sports, relaxation, swedish massage & traditional maori healing based on her cultural heritage can assist you to understand how to work smarter; not harder – to a happy, healthier you.

Mirko Vezzoli

Remedial Massage Therapist

Mirko has joined the team as a Massage Therapist after completing his Diploma in Remedial Massage and working in various clinic settings across in Brisbane.

Mirko has also obtained a Certificate III in Fitness, Dry Needling Certification and the Pilates Certificate in recent years, and is claimable for all private health funds.

Mirko is very passionate about fitness and helping others. Growing up in Italy, he has always been involved in football as both a player and as a coach for young children and teenagers. More recently, Mirko has completed both the Berlin and the Greenland Marathon, as well as the BVRTs 100 miles race and the Noosa Triathlon.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Mirko spent several years living in Korea, USA and Qatar, as well as cycling more than 3000kms across Japan and 1200kms across Italy before hiking for 6 months through various European countries.

I live locally, I’m a wife and mother of three beautiful children and a fur-baby.

I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through positivity and encouragement.

I completed my pilates Instructor course through VIVA Pilates, a Brisbane-based business founded by two strong women who are wives and mothers themselves.

My Pilates classes are tailored to 6 people and will provide an all over body workout, working towards a stronger and more toned you. They are suitable for all ages and levels of ability. My aim is to leave you feeling empowered

Suzy Baxter

Pilates Instructor

Suzy is a graduate of the National Pilates Training organisation (RTO: 21719) and has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

Suzy fell in love with the Joseph Pilates movement philosophy in 2010 when she started practising pilates to improve her core strength, posture and well-being – given her busy corporate life.

Suzy is passionate about helping others embrace the pilates method to be mentally and physically healthy. She offers one-on-one or group reformer Pilates classes on Saturdays.

Maggy Gmyrek

Dietitian

Maggy Gmyrek is a dietitian who graduated from the Medical University of Warshaw in Poland. She is deeply passionate about health food, balanced living, and healing through nature’s remedies. With a non-diet approach, she focuses on holistic health and digestive wellness.

Her experience, combined with personal struggles with gut issues, has taught her that understanding your body’s unique needs is the first step to achieving balance, energy, and overall well-being.

Maggy’s philosophy emphasises listening to your body’s signals and using food as a tool for healing and nourishment. As Hippocrates said, “All disease begins in the gut.”

When Maggy isn’t working with clients, you’ll find her experimenting with recipes inspired by the Five Elements cooking principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, enjoying warm, healing meals, or soaking up the sunshine on a camping trip.
