At Camp Hill Physiotherapy & Exercise Centre, you can expect a collaborative and goal orientated approach to your treatment with exercises tailored to you and hopefully into a healthier life. Once you have a chat with your physio about your injury/condition, they will take you through some objective tests and based on this, come up with a management plan with you. On top of exercises, treatment includes manual therapy such as massage and joint mobilisations, taping, dry needling, stretching and patient education relevant for you and your goals.
On occasions, our physios may refer you to another practitioner such as a GP, specialist, or a podiatrist when it is indicated, and are happy to liaise so everyone is on the same page.

Physiotherapy employs various techniques and exercises to help alleviate pain caused by injuries, chronic conditions, or post-surgical recovery.
Physiotherapists use targeted exercises and stretching techniques to increase joint mobility, flexibility, and range of motion, helping individuals regain their ability to move freely.
Physiotherapy can help identify potential issues and address imbalances that may lead to injuries. Therapists provide guidance on proper movement patterns and techniques to prevent future injuries.
After surgery or a sports-related injury, physiotherapy aids in the recovery process by promoting healing, reducing scar tissue, and gradually restoring strength and function.
Physiotherapists design tailored exercise programs to strengthen muscles that may have weakened due to injury, illness, or prolonged inactivity.
Poor posture can lead to pain and discomfort. Physiotherapy includes postural assessments and exercises to improve alignment and reduce strain on muscles and joints.
